Automatic renewal
Those who have purchased a 2024 Season Pass(19 games, 15 games, half games, or 5 games) will retain their right to continue using their seats, so we are now offering them the 2025 Season Pass(19 games).
If you would like to change Season Pass seat or renew your fan club membership, please make sure to complete the procedure by Sunday, December 8, 2024.
The renewal information for 2024 Season Pass purchasers will state the total amount for the "Fan Club" and "2025 Season Pass(19 games)", so if you wish to make changes, please complete the procedure online during the application period.

Please note that if you do not complete the procedure yourself by Sunday, December 8, 2024, your "Fan Club" and "2025 Season Pass(19 games)" will be "automatically renewed" and you will not be able to make any changes, cancellations or refunds thereafter.


Notes
-Please note that from the 2025 season, any redelivery of membership benefits due to customer reasons (such as an incorrect address) will be sent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
・For those who are automatically renewed, the purchase date will be Friday, December 20, 2024.
・The purchase bonus "Shopping coupons (2 x 500 yen coupons) for use at LaLaport EXPOCITY" will expire on Monday, June 30, 2025. Please note that this is a change from the expiration date listed in the pamphlet.
*Please note that if you have paid with a credit card either when joining the fan club or when purchasing Season Pass, your membership will be automatically renewed.
*If you use different credit cards when joining the fan club and when purchasing the Season Pass, automatic renewal payment will be made using the credit card used to purchase the Season Pass.
*If you have purchased an Season Pass at the elementary, junior high, and high school student price and your date of birth is registered as "2006/4/2 - 2007/4/1", we will switch you to the adult price.
