August 16th (Sat) Meiji Yasuda J1 26th Sec. Hiroshima Match "Ibaraki City x GAMBA OSAKA Collaboration Project Public Viewing" Implementation Report

A public viewing of the MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE 26th Sec. match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima was held today at Onikuru, the Ibaraki City cultural and childcare complex , in collaboration with Ibaraki City, as was the case last year.This year, the game was played outdoors at night.

Before the match, a "mini physical fitness test" was held inside the Onikuru Hall by Meiji Yasuda , and three events were held by students from the OTEMON GAKUIN UNIVERSITY GAMBA OSAKA Project . A food truck was also set up on the lawn square , and many people came to the event, even though it was only a few hours before the match started.

The event was livened up by guest GAMBA OSAKA CRO Hiroyuki ABE and MC DAZN stadium reporter Takeshima Mariko .
Mayor Fukuoka of Ibaraki City also attended the event and watched the match with everyone at the venue.

At halftime, a luxurious raffle was held with 12 winners receiving the "OniKuru Prize," "Meiji Yasuda Prize," "OTEMON GAKUIN UNIVERSITY Prize," and "Gamba Prize," allowing attendees to have fun outside of just watching the game.

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a victory, but we were able to welcome approximately 1,000 fans and supporters to the event!
The banners with messages of support that you all sent us will be displayed inside the Onikuru Hall from now on, so please take a look when you visit.

We will continue to work with Ibaraki City in the future to create a club that is rooted in the community and loved by the community.
