This is information regarding the shipping of membership cards, information cards, and fan club membership benefits for the J.LEAGUE 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE+ 2026/27 season GAMBA OSAKA Fan Club, for which membership is currently being accepted.

■Regarding the shipping date of your membership card and information card

Those who join (and complete payment) by Sunday, December 21, 2025	Scheduled to ship on Friday, January 23, 2026
Those who join (and complete payment) by Monday, January 12, 2026 (national holiday)	Scheduled to ship on Friday, February 6, 2026
Those who join (and complete payment) by Sunday, February 1, 2026	Scheduled to ship on Monday, February 16, 2026
Those who join (and complete payment) on or after Monday, February 2, 2026	Scheduled to be shipped 2-3 weeks after registration (payment completion)

*Membership cards will only be sent to eligible individuals.
*As the card will be sent by mail, it will be delivered to your mailbox.
*Please note that the arrival date may vary depending on your area due to delivery closures on holidays, etc.

Those who join (and complete payment) by Monday, February 23, 2026 (national holiday)	Scheduled to ship on Tuesday, March 3, 2026
Those who join (and complete payment) by Sunday, March 1, 2026	Scheduled to ship on Friday, March 6, 2026

*After the above date, if you sign up by Sunday, your order will be shipped the following Friday. However, please note that the shipping date will change during long holidays such as national holidays and Golden Week.
*This will be sent separately from the information card.
*Shipping will be by mail or courier.
*The tracking number for the membership benefit will be updated on your My Page around the scheduled shipping date.
*If you have not received your bonus item by the scheduled shipping date after completing the membership procedure, please contact us within one month. Please note that we will not be able to resend or refund your item if we do not receive a response within one month of the scheduled shipping date.
If the delivered product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product. Please contact the inquiry desk on this website within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept exchanges for defective products after 7 days have passed, so please check the contents as soon as possible after receiving the product.
*Please note that if the membership benefits are redelivered due to customer reasons (such as an incorrect address), they will be sent cash on delivery.

If your address has changed since joining the fan club, please make the change via your J.League ID by the above joining deadline.
