If you are using the reservation service, please pick up your tickets at the fan club booth outside the stadium before kickoff. Pickup is only available within the designated time slot.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for pickup outside of business hours or on a later date.

*The fan club booth outside the stadium will open at 12:00.
*You can also pick it up at the special booth located outside the stadium, behind the home goal.
*Pick-up is limited to one time only at any of the booths.
*Even if the stock runs out at the special booth behind the home goal outside the stadium, Royal Course members can pick up their tickets at the fan club booth outside the stadium.

*Each fan club member is limited to one item per person. (We will verify your membership number to prevent duplicate requests.)
