To everyone who joined the fan club after Monday, March 2nd
The membership benefits will be sent by Yamato Transport on the following Friday to those who register by Sunday of each week .
*Please note that shipping dates may change during long holidays such as national holidays and Golden Week.

The tracking number will be updated around the Tuesday of the following week after shipping .
Please note that there will be no individual notifications or information on social media regarding the shipping date of the bonus, so please check your tracking number as soon as it is updated.

If there is any defect in the product you receive, we will exchange it for a good product. Please contact the GAMBA OSAKA Fan Club Office within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept exchanges for defective products after 7 days have passed, so please check the contents of the product immediately after receiving it.
