Head Coach Myojin: "After a series of away games, this was our first home game in a while, so we went into the match determined to secure three points at home. In the first half, we played in the opponent's half and pressed for a goal, just as we had planned, and we took the lead with a fantastic free kick from Takashi Usami, putting us in a dominant position. However, we were caught off guard for a moment and conceded an equalizer, ending the first half in a draw. These things can happen in football, so we went into the second half with even more focus. With one less player, we focused on solid defense and looked for opportunities from counter-attacks and set pieces, which led to goals. We wanted to finish the game like that, but we conceded a very frustrating goal, and it ended in a draw. It was a disappointing result, but the players gave their all until the very end to secure three points. We will accept this result and move forward towards the next match without dwelling on it."

Q" "You created many chances in the first half and I think it was a very good performance. You changed the midfield formation to an inverted triangle shape from the previous match against Fukuoka. How do you feel about this system?"
Head Coach Myojin: "While decisions are made based on the characteristics of the players, the opponent, and various conditions, I think there were many instances where we were able to execute attacks as intended. Football isn't just about the system; I hope that players will be able to play while considering their positioning and the opponent's situation."

Q: "In order to secure three points, was it important to score additional goals in the first half, or was it necessary to improve defensively? What are your thoughts on that?"
Head Coach Myojin: "I think it's both. It's necessary to score additional goals during good periods in the first half to decide the match, and as for the goals we conceded, we need to improve on the finer details. In football, you can concede a goal if you're caught off guard for a moment, but I think what's important is how well you're prepared for the 90 minutes plus added time. We want to thoroughly examine those aspects, be mindful of them in practice, and eliminate each issue one by one to secure three points."
