Head Coach Myojin: "First of all, our goal for this match was to advance to the next round of the EMPEROR'S CUP as a team, so I am very happy that we were able to achieve that. In terms of the match itself, although we lost against Kobe, I was satisfied with the content of the game, and we were also particular about how we could play our own style and win, so in that respect, we were able to press hard from the front line, work hard, and move the ball well. I think we played a very good game. In the first half, we wanted to take control of the game from the start, and the players fought aggressively. I think Takashi Usami's goal helped the team settle down, and it was a match that made me realize how important the first goal is. In the second half, we didn't sit back and defend, and I think we were able to score many goals thanks to the players giving their all even when they were tired. I also highly appreciate that we were able to finish with a clean sheet. I think the defense also did a good job, including not letting the opponent get to the point where they could take a shot." I am also happy that we were able to show a good game and a good result at home, thanks to the warmth and strength that our supporters always give us.

Q: "In addition to keeping a clean sheet, you also conceded very few shots on target. How did you instill a defensive mindset in your team?"
Head Coach Myojin: "We only had 2nd year of junior high school practices, so we focused on thoroughly doing what needed to be done through meetings. It was about things like how to take that extra step in front of the goal, really basic things, but I told the team to be thorough in the ordinary and keep doing what they can do. I think the players embodied that."

Q: How do you evaluate Nakano's performance?
Head Coach Myojin: "His condition wasn't improving, and with the matches continuing, I think it was difficult for him to get into shape. He's a talented player, and I think he showed that talent in today's match."
