Head Coach Poyatos: "I'm very happy. I think that in the first half, everyone played some really great football. The pitch conditions were a little bad, but I think we were able to take advantage in the first half. In the second half, the opponents made some adjustments and made some changes to FW. Their pressing got better and we lost the ball more often, so we had a hard time keeping control of the ball, but I think we were able to control it for the most part in the second half. However, I think that the goal we conceded at the end was unnecessary. But we want to keep going. I'm very happy with today's win."

Q: "What do Head Coach think was the reason for your dominance of the game in the first half?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "I think the key point in the first half was that we were able to adjust the height of the interior players very well. The opponents were applying a lot of pressure, so I think we were able to recognize the open space when we came out. However, we struggled with the press there, and there were times when the opponents were able to take the ball back, but gradually we were able to adjust in that area and dominate the opponents' half. I think DAWHAN and (Yamamoto) Yuki's ability to read the game on the interiors was excellent. In addition, I think (Usami) Takashi's talent and quality came into play, and everyone was able to recognize the space."

Q: "Why did you choose Usami as a starter for this match?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "The key point of this match was to see the opposing CBs coming forward, and there were times when they were coming forward quite a bit, so I used Takashi to exploit that gap. This time, rather than a pure winger, we needed a player who could get inside and take up the gap, so I think that was partly thanks to the analysis staff, but I also think that each player expressed that well."

Q: Regarding Yuki YAMAMOTO, Head Coach Poyatos has always highly rated him, and today he made some decisive passes and some close shots. What are the reasons for his role in becoming more decisive in the opposition's half, and what is your assessment of him?
Head Coach Poyatos: "I've been telling everyone since day one, but I think he has an outstanding ability to quickly understand our play ideas. Even compared to European players, I think his quick thinking, understanding, and speed at which he can read the play are first-class, outstanding abilities. Also, yesterday he had some discomfort in the muscles in his buttocks, but he made the adjustments well and played a good game today. He's a player we really need."

Q: "In the post-match interview, Usami said that the Head Coach had asked him to take the penalty kick. Could you please tell us why you asked him to take it and when you had decided to do so?"
Head Coach Poyatos: "It's very simple. It's because I have complete trust in him. As for when, during the Levain Cup (May 24 against Kyoto), I actually gave the kick to (Suzuki) Musashi, so that's something I have in mind, and I think it's already clear to me that he will kick well on the field."

Q: The first goal was scored by moving the ball on the back line and avoiding the press well, and I got the impression that it was close to the ideal that Head Coach Poyatos is aiming for. What do you think about that breakdown?
Head Coach Poyatos: "I think it's all thanks to the players' hard work. All we have to do is provide information on how to create those chances, and the players have to understand that and express it. In that way, the relationships they have built have changed from relationships between two or three players to relationships with more players overlapping, and I really think their performance is improving little by little. This is not the football of Head Coach Poyatos, Marcel, or Kazumichi Takagi. We just provide the ideas and information, and I think it's the players who express it."
