Regarding penalties for violations related to illegal resale
It has come to light that tickets for past matches held at Panasonic Stadium Suita were illegally resold. This act constitutes a serious violation of the J.League Ticket Service Terms of Use and the GAMBA OSAKA Official Match Operation Management Regulations. We would like to inform you that we have notified the individual concerned of the disciplinary action to be taken.
[Violation]
- Illegal resale activities (resale of invitation tickets)
[Disciplinary Actions]
・Indefinite entry prohibited
- Suspension of J.League ID user privileges
Illegal resale is absolutely unacceptable.
The tickets are designated entertainment tickets subject to regulation under the so-called "Ticket Resale Prohibition Law." Therefore, both the illegal resale of tickets and the purchase of illegally resold tickets are strictly prohibited as violations. We will continue to take strict action against any similar incidents that occur in the future.
We kindly ask all fans and supporters to review the prohibited actions during matches and to observe the established Spectator Rules. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
